ACHS Workplace Giving 2022 supports flood affected communities in Northern Rivers

ACHS is proud to foster a workplace culture that is driven by a shared purpose and sense of community. Every year, since 2011, we have a Workplace Giving initiative to support a local charity and to help those in need. Through staff donations we pool funds together and donate to a charity or organisation nominated by staff through popular vote.

The Workplace Giving Charity for 2021-22 financial year has been chosen and the Northern Rivers Flood Relief Fund will receive $2,568 to support the recovery efforts of communities in the Northern Rivers affected by the devastating March 2022 floods. 

The initiative has been a great way for ACHS to get involved with charities and the local community. Over the last 10 years, our staff have donated in excess of $27,000 to various organisations including NSW Rural Fire Services, Ricky Meteroro Health Foundation, R U OK? and the Australian Red Cross. 

Workplace Giving initiative remains a key part of ACHS CSR policies including our objectives to promote behaviour that generates value to all interest groups.
