ACHS International (ACHSI) is seeking a purpose-driven leader to take on the role of Regional Director, Middle East, leading our expansion while supporting healthcare organisations in their journey towards quality improvement and patient outcomes.
This is a business growth leadership role with the opportunity to drive expansion while leading a team who provide technical guidance and support to healthcare organisations. Your focus will be on growing ACHSI’s presence, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our accreditation and consultancy services across the region. By strengthening relationships and delivering impactful solutions, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of patient care while driving business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grow ACHSI’s presence and sales and business development across the Middle East, furthering our position us as the trusted partner for healthcare improvement
- Engage with hospitals, regulators, and healthcare leaders, fostering long-term partnerships that drive business growth, quality and patient safety.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to expand ACHSI’s services in the Middle East while ensuring value-driven outcomes for members.
- Work with healthcare organisations to provide quality improvement solutions to ensure member satisfaction, retention and strong client relationships.
- Support healthcare organisations in embedding best practices, in their accreditation journey, and enhancing their quality and safety frameworks.
Who We’re Looking For:
We seek an influential and strategic leader with:
- Extensive experience in sales, business development, or client management within healthcare, quality, or consulting.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and empowering a high-performing team.
- A passion for improving healthcare quality and patient safety through meaningful partnerships.
- Knowledge of accreditation, regulatory frameworks, and healthcare market dynamics in the Middle East.
- The ability to balance business growth and retention with a strong commitment to supporting members and delivering impactful solutions.
- Preferably Arabic speaking
