Every Root Cause Analysis interactive virtual training held in 2021 has been a sell-out success, and more are on the way.

Demand for the two x 3 hour Root Cause Analysis (RCA) training has exceeded initial expectations, with every course sold out.

“The popularity of this interactive virtual training, held over two days, has been exceptionally strong, and each time we have announced a new one, it sells out quickly,” said Adj Associate Professor Bernie Harrison.

“Healthcare workers know they need to understand the policy and legislative requirements of conducting a RCA, and the course takes them through the steps to conduct one.

“The training is an excellent introduction to systems thinking with a focus on improving and redesigning systems and processes to prevent harm to future patients.
