IA is pleased to provide a free interactive training session to our Members on Quality Improvement (QI) Demystified. This interactive virtual training will demystify the science of quality improvement and make it part of your everyday business. You will learn the science of process management, the tools to improve outcomes, reduce costs and create a culture of continuous improvement.

Gain knowledge of the history of quality improvement (QI)
Understand Deming’s theory of Profound knowledge
Understand the translation of QI theories to clinical work

For each session, we secure a local or international speaker who have considerable expertise in quality improvement across multiple sectors and different countries to educate, inform and inspire.
