QI To Go

New to quality improvement? The QI To Go short course outlines the principles of improvement science and helps participants improve the quality and safety of care in their organisation using established methods and tools. Learn how to identify a problem to solve which impacts on patient care.


 

RCA Report Writing

The RCA Report Writing is for those who have already attended the RCA course and would like specific information about writing reports. This highly interactive workshop provides participants with the theory and practical skills required for effective clinical incident report writing. Learn the principles of writing a ‘good’ report and common pitfalls in incident report writing.


 

Leading Through Change 

Are you a healthcare leader managing a team? The leadership skills for driving change and 
service improvement are specific and can be learnt. The Leading Through Change course puts together improvement theory and contemporary leadership practice to maximise your success at achieving change at scale and pace. Learn from two experts in the field.
