QIL Program Graduates are eligible for post-nominals upon successful completion of the program.
ACHS Improvement Academy (IA) are introducing post-nominals for graduates of the Quality Improvement Lead (QIL) training program.
What does this post-nominal signify?
The QIL Program post-nominal serves as a visible acknowledgement of the successful completion of the QIL training program and demonstrates that the participant has met all the objectives of the program, including undertaking a significant quality improvement project.
When can I start using my post-nominals?
You can add post-nominals once you have graduated from the program and received your certificate.
Who is eligible?
All QIL Program graduates are eligible. This includes past participants that have graduated from the program prior to 2024.
What letters should I add to the end of my name?
Use the following format to show that you have completed the QIL Program:
[Title] [First Name] [Last Name], ACHSQIL
About the QIL Training Program
Designed for healthcare professionals, the ACHS QIL training program opens up new opportunities for leadership development and teaches the necessary skills for individuals to make a tangible difference at their organisations.
Please note that intake for the 2024 QIL Program have now closed but we are taking expressions of interest for next year.
