The launch of Metrik has been met with great success and we continue to support our Members with the transition to this innovative new platform.

We are pleased to share that the launch of Metrik has been met with great enthusiasm, and the positive feedback received reflects the platform’s success in elevating healthcare performance data. 

The Performance Outcomes Services (POS) team have been actively conducting demonstrations with Member Organisations since its launch. These sessions are designed to assist users in navigating the platform’s features, understand its functionalities, and learning how to harness the full potential of Metrik for organisations to track, analyse, and benchmark their data. 

We encourage users to access the tutorial videos currently available on the portal as these guide you through the data entry process and how to analyse your data. A user guide is also available in the Guides section of POS resources.

New to performance data? Request a demo today 
Already a CIP Member? 
1.       Simply log in with your ACHS username and password 
2.       Access Metrik Resources: Download User Guide and watch training videos 
4.       Reports will already be available on Metrik 
5.       Submit Data from January 2024
